This policy explains what information the Victory Outreach Baldwin Park app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
You can use most of the app without giving us any personal information. We only collect information in a few specific cases:
Prayer requests. If you send a prayer request through the app, we collect the message you write. You can also choose to add your name and email so we can follow up, but both are optional — you're welcome to submit a request anonymously, and you can mark a request as private.
We do not require you to create an account or sign in to use the app.
Giving is handled through Zelle inside your own bank's app. We never see, handle, or store your bank account, card numbers, or any other financial information — those details stay between you and your bank.
The app displays sermons and live streams through YouTube and links out to our Instagram. When you watch or visit those, you're interacting with those services directly, and they handle your information under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use the app to track you across other apps or websites. We use any information you send us only to serve and connect with you — for example, to pray for and respond to a request you've shared.
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
